Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Seven Sisters (“the Studio”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a class, purchasing a membership or product, visiting our studio, or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These terms govern your relationship with Seven Sisters, a Pilates studio operated by Madeline JoLeigh Investments LLC, doing business as Seven Sisters.

Eligibility and Conduct
Seven Sisters classes are intended for individuals 18 years and older. The minimum age for participation is 16, requiring a parent or guardian to take class with them.
All clients are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow participants. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove clients for inappropriate conduct.
Health and Safety
Members must inform the Studio of any changes in their physical condition, injuries, or if they become pregnant.
Members must respect the rights of others and conduct themselves in a way that respects the safety and enjoyment of others in class.
Personal Belongings
Personal belongings brought into the Studio are at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Liability and Waiver
Members participate in activities at the Studio at their own risk. Seven Sisters, its officers, instructors, employees, and agents are not liable for any injuries, damage or loss that may occur in connection with the use of the Studio or participation in classes.
Reservations and Attendance
Classes must be reserved in advance and require pre-purchased credits or an active membership.
If you are not present within 5 minutes of class start time, your spot may be given to a waitlisted client.
To avoid fees, you must cancel your reservation at least 6 hours in advance:
Late Cancel Fee: $15
No-Show Fee: $20
Fees may be waived in cases of illness or emergencies; please notify us as soon as possible for consideration.
Payments and Billing
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept cash payments.
Monthly memberships are billed automatically and will renew unless canceled with at least 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services and could incur collection fees.
Refund and Cancellation Policies
Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Memberships can be paused once per quarter, for a minimum of one week, due to medical or travel needs. Requests must be submitted in writing or via email.
You may cancel your membership at any time, but cancellation must be submitted via email 30 days prior to your next billing date.
Class Packages
Credit package refunds are available only if no classes (including waitlisted) have been reserved, and the request is submitted within 5 days of purchase. To request, contact the studio.
Class packages have clearly stated expiration dates at the time of purchase.
Expiration extensions are available upon request for extenuating circumstances.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable once applied and do not expire.
Pricing and Availability
Class and product pricing is subject to change.
Previously purchased class credits will retain their value until their expiration date.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, social media, marketing materials, and within the studio including logos, names, class titles, videos, and branding are the exclusive property of Seven Sisters.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Media Release
By attending classes, you acknowledge that Seven Sisters may occasionally film or photograph sessions for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in advance.
Privacy and Data
Seven Sisters complies with all privacy regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). For more on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please review our Privacy Policy.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
